# Sign in to your S+M account

One account for every Sapiens + Machines app and service, with Google, Microsoft, email and password, or a passkey.

Your S+M account is the one sign-in for everything Sapiens + Machines: your account at
[my.sapiensandmachines.com](https://my.sapiensandmachines.com), the Apps store, and our hosted services such as eSign.
Sign in once and the others recognise you.

## Ways to sign in

- **Google** or **Microsoft**: use the account you already have at work.
- **Email and password**: passwords need at least 12 characters.
- **Passkey**: sign in with your fingerprint, face or device PIN instead of a password. Add one under
  **Security** once you're signed in (see [Two-factor authentication](https://docs.sapiensandmachines.com/en/account/two-factor)).

## Create your account

1. Go to [my.sapiensandmachines.com](https://my.sapiensandmachines.com) and choose **Sign in with Sapiens + Machines**.
2. Choose Google or Microsoft, or register with your email address and a password.
3. Accept the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
4. Create your company, or join the company that invited you.

> Invited by a colleague? Open the link in the invitation email and sign in with the address it was sent to. The
> invitation is valid for 7 days.

## Sign out

Use **Sign out** in the account menu. **Sign out everywhere** also ends your sessions on your other devices.

## Trouble signing in

- After 10 wrong passwords in a row the account is locked for safety. Contact S+M support to unlock it.
- Signing in with Microsoft? Confirm your email address when asked: we don't take it as confirmed until you do.
